Kumquat Sour


Ingredients

2 fl oz Sông Cái Floral Gin

1 fl oz kumquat juice (freshly squeezed)

1/2 fl oz cane syrup

or sugar syrup (2 sugar to 1 water)

1/2 fl oz egg white

3 splashes of Angostura Aromatic bitters


Method

Shake all ingredients with ice
and strain back into shaker.

Dry shake (without ice)
and pour into a chilled coupe glass.


Garnish

With sun dried citrus wheel or candied kumquat.


Pro Tips

Chill the gin, mixer, and glassware
beforehand for an extra refreshing drink.
