Sông Cái  Gin & Tonic 2 fl oz Sông Cái Dry or Floral Gin4 fl oz TonicPour over ice. Stir and serve in a Copa/Highball glass. For Dry Gin, garnish with lemongrass, lychee, and lime wheel. For Floral Gin, garnish with shiso leaves.

Sông Cái Gimlet2 fl oz Sông Cái Dry Gin 1 fl oz lime cordialDried citrus for garnishShake all ingredients with ice, and fine strain into a chilled coupe glass.

Sông Cái Sour2 fl oz Sông Cái Floral Gin 1 fl oz kumquat juice 1/2 fl oz simple syrup (2:1)Egg white 3 dashes Angostura bittersShake all ingredients with ice and strain back into shaker. Dry shake (without ice) and pour into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a dried citrus wheel or candied kumquat.
