Gin & Tonic

Ingredients

2 fl oz Sông Cái Dry or Floral Gin

4 fl oz tonic, such as Fever Tree or Q Mixers

A slight pinch of salt

Method

Pour over ice. Stir and serve in a Copa/Highball glass.

Garnish

Dry Gin: lemongrass, lychee, and lime wheel

Floral Gin: shiso leaves

Pro Tips

Chill the gin, mixer, and glassware beforehand
for an extra refreshing drink. Stir gently as to not lose carbonation.
