Sông Cái Martini
Ingredients
2 fl oz Sông Cái Floral Gin
1/2 fl oz Vermouth Blanc
1/2 tsp rice wine vinegar*
2 dashes orange bitters
A slight pinch of salt
Method
Stir all ingredients with ice until cold
(approximately 15 seconds) and strain into a chilled
Martini or Nick &Nora glass.
Garnish
Chilled olive on a stick or lemon zest twist.
Pro Tips
* You can substitute with either champagne or sherry vinegar.
The vinegar brightens the drink and tones down the sweetness
of the Vermouth Blanc to create a balanced Martini. This style
of Martini is a nod to our friends at Atlas Bar in Singapore.
Pour over ice. Stir and garnish with lemongrass stick and lime wheel.
Serve in a Copa glass
